more cheese
To give you an idea of how much delicious cheese there is in Zakopane (the town we visited last weekend), I took this photo. I believe, even though there are several different colors and shapes, that it comes in only two flavors: smoked and not smoked. The blob on the right is a giant wedge of the stuff.

This famous cheese is made of the sheep milk and is called OSCYPEK.Made only in Poland!It's an eighth wonder of the world...
